Segments under Construction:
Construction
began February 2005
- Construction of new Collector/ Distributor ramps adjacent to I-95. The northbound ramps are mostly completed and in service. The southbound ramps are approximately 60% complete.
- Widening of I-10 Westbound is ongoing. It is approximately 50% complete
- I-95 northbound is being reconstructed. Work has recently commenced in this area.
- A new flyover from I-10 EB to I-95 NB is under construction and is approximately 20% complete.

Major
Segments Completed: Phases 1-4 are now completed. Work Continues on Phases 5, 6 7, and portions of Phase 10.
- The I-95 Northbound Collector/ Distributor Ramps are mostly completed, and in service at this time.
- The I-95 Northbound to 1-10 Westbound flyover ramp is now complete and will be in service starting August 16.

- Starting Friday, May, 9, 2008, a new on-ramp to 1-95 North Bound from Forest St. will be open. Project signage will direct traffic to the new ramp location.
